1. General Provisions

These terms govern access to and use of our educational offerings in resource management. By enrolling, purchasing, or otherwise engaging with our services, digital content, or goods, you agree to these terms.

2. Definitions

• Services: live guidance sessions, workshops, or coaching events.
• Digital Products: downloadable materials or courses accessible online.
• Physical Goods: printed manuals or branded supplies shipped to you.

3. Ordering and Delivery

Orders for digital products are available immediately after confirmation. Physical goods will be dispatched within five business days. Service schedules are confirmed upon payment.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Services

• Cancellations made at least 7 days before a scheduled service are fully refundable.
• Cancellations within 7 days of a service date are not refundable due to preparation costs.
• Sessions may be rescheduled once without charge by contacting our Support Team at least 3 days in advance.

4.2 Digital Products

Due to the immediate nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. If you encounter technical issues or corrupt files, please contact our Support Team for access to a replacement copy or credit toward another digital product.

4.3 Physical Goods

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt if items are in original condition.
• Returned items must be sent at buyer’s expense unless faults are due to our error.
• Refunds or swaps will be processed within 14 days of receipt via the original payment method.

5. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The date at the top reflects the current version.
